All our rooms offer a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains;
Vigiljoch with Aschbach, the Texel cable car, the two mountains Hirzer and Ifinger or the small Rablander waterfall can be seen from your balcony.
Quietly located, away from the main road, you can enjoy relaxing nights.

Late arrival
Please inform us
if you arrive after 18:00 so that we can prepare everything accordingly.
Late arrivals:
Arrivals from 20:00 to 22:00 are subject to a one-off surcharge of €45.00. Arrival is no longer possible after 22:00.
Note:
We kindly ask you to inform us in any case if you will be arriving late, as your reservation will expire after 18:00 on the day of arrival without notification and the room will be released again.

Parking facilities
Convenient & free parking and storage – even for larger vehicles!
- Spacious parking lot directly at the guesthouse
- Sufficient space for cars and trailers or caravans and coaches
- Storage space for bicycles & e-bikes
- Covered parking space for motorcycles (reservation required)
Note:
If you are arriving by motorcycle and require a covered parking space, please book in advance.
Reservation & Stay
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to confirm a specific room number or floor. We will gladly try to accommodate your wishes. It is also not possible to reserve a specific table in Kaffee Lahn or on the terrace for you during breakfast times.
Note:
In the high season, a minimum stay of 3 days applies.
Rooms & Discounts
🏡 Double room as single room:
Surcharge of 50% of the standard double room price.
👶 Reduction for children:
- Up to 4 years: free of charge in parents’ room
- From 5 years: 50% discount in a double room with parents or in a family room (discount does not apply to single occupancy of a double room).
🐶 Pets welcome:
Small dogs & pets 10€ per day (without food).
Prices & Booking
Our prices are per person and day, for accommodation only, excluding meals.
Prices are subject to change – the current price list on our website is always decisive.
Bookings that have already been confirmed remain unaffected by changes.
IMMEDIATE PAYMENT DISCOUNT
This discount of 5% per person and day applies to the overnight stay only,
for immediate payment of the total amount within 72 hours of the reservation date.
This discount is valid for early bookings made by June 1st of each year and includes a minimum stay of three or more days.
BONUS HOUSEKEEPING
You don’t need a daily room cleaning?
We give you a bonus of 5,00€ per person and day on all consumptions at Kaffee Lahn.
Of course, our rooms are generally cleaned every third day as standard.
Local tax:
2,10€ per person and day (from 14 years
The local tax is not included in the room price.

Up to 30 days before arrival: Processing fee € 50.00 per room
Up to 21 days before arrival: 50% of the travel price
Up to 14 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure: 80% of the travel price
